Join us for a press preview of this light and sound installation breaking boundaries in the north of England. See for yourself and join us from 6pm to 7.30pm on Thursday 23 October for a sneak peek at this extraordinary light and sound installation by internationally acclaimed Luxmuralis in the York Museum Gardens. Opening to the public on Friday 24 October, Luxmuralis takes the audience on a journey through the historic site and York Museum Trust’s age-defining artefacts and extraordinary exhibits.  Media can exclusively enjoy this breathtaking light and sound installation and be the first to witness the show from the age of the dinosaurs to the time of Rome’s occupation, the power of the Vikings and the mysteries of the Medieval world. This is a light show that uniquely celebrates the treasure trove of artefacts held by the award-winning York Museums Trust which this year achieved funding to save the globally important Melsonby Hoard for the nation. Meet the team and enjoy photography, filming and interview opportunities with the Luxmuralis team and representatives from York Museums Trust.
